LOTTO NRFL 

Womens Premiership 

Third place Hamilton Wanderers visit leaders Auckland United at 1pm Sunday in a cross-Federation clash – but if you like goals, get along to Ellerslie v Western Springs on Sunday at 3pm, where the league’s top three scorers with Springs’ Sam Tewharu and Sofia Garcia, and the hosts’ Britney-Lee Cunningham all sitting on four goals each. So far. 

 

Womens Championship 

It’s a top four face off In a full round at 1pm Sunday, with Franklin United (third) hosting Otumoetai (second) at and leaders Fencibles heading to Onehunga Sports. This league is tight, and all these teams have a chance to pull away slightly.   

 

Mens Championship 

A full round at 3pm Saturday, with a couple of cracking Auckland derbies: Ellerslie host Mount Albert Ponsonby at Michaels Ave, with the visitors wanting a win to stay in touch with the leaders, while Northern Rovers visit East Coast Bays at Bay City Park looking to cause an upset. 

 

Northern Conference 

It’s 1 v 2 with Central United travelling to Dury to take on Franklin United – but you can throw a blanket over the leaders after just a couple of games, and Beachlands Maraetai’s visit to Oratia in a full round at 3pm Saturday will also be worth a watch.

NRF Womens Conference and League One

The Conference has a full round at 1pm Sunday, with second place Birkenhead United heading travelling to second place Metro at Phyllis Street, while in League One, Uni Mount hosting South Auckland Rangers under lights at 6pm at Bill McKinlay is our pick.

Northern League 

Our pick is Western Springs and Manurewa, two sides who’ve come roaring into the 2023 season facing off at Seddon Fields under lights at 7.30pm. On Saturday, keep an eye on West Coast Rangers hosting Auckland United in a big test for them, it happens at 3pm on Saturday.
