Football Development Officer 

This role, in collaboration with member clubs, supports and facilitates the delivery of football programmes aligned to NZ Football’s junior, youth and senior frameworks, providing participation and development opportunities for all players within our region, particularly those that face significant barriers to accessing football and futsal.

The successful candidate will have understanding of:

  • NZ Football’s ‘Whole of Football Plan’ and associated frameworks
  • NZ Football’s community coach education frameworks
  • the community football environment and/or community sport
  • the Auckland region and its demographics
  • the not-for-profit sector
  • Activating under-represented communities
  • Work with girls and women, Māori, Pasifika and/or Asian communities in particular
