We ask that one person per club completes this form. It gathers essential contact information for competitions, club support, finance, and kit details for LOTTO NRFL teams. Long term, it will mean less admin and clearer communication for you.
What we’ll do with this information
We will use this data to complete and update our club contact database. This will be the basis of our communication with you for things like competitions, NRF updates, AGM related comms and more.
This information is gathered purely for NRF operational purposes – it can only be accessed by the NRF team and will never be shared with a third party.

- If one person holds multiple roles, please indicate this on the form so we can ensure these roles receive the right information
- You can also specify which roles need to receive our Club Update emails
