Another epic season of community football was brought to a close with the annual Community Cup Final weekend extravaganza. Matches were played across two days at Parrs Park in Auckland and Trigg Arena in Whangarei.

Numbers in excess of 2000+ players & supporters turned out to participate and support their teams. With the support of over 60 match officials, with three-point control (Three referees) on matches a first for many players and referees this season. All matches were played in a manner befitting finals football, with respect shown across all matches by the teams involved. 

The winners of the Stafford Choat Cup & Federation Cup will play one another in March 2025 for the Terry Hobin Cup and for the first time, the winners of the Carol Waller Cup and the Christina Taylor Cup will play one another for the Dave Alabaster Cup - the venue to be in Whangarei for both of these prestigious matches.
