This critical leadership team role will work with key stakeholders to increase the number of girls playing football. This will include:

• supporting clubs to create equitable opportunities for girls and women within the club environment
• growing the number of girls and women coaching and refereeing 
• expanding leadership pathways for girls and women
• piloting different formats of football to attract kōhine/young women
